I am surprised to see this chain. Though several others have spoken up, I did want to say that we have not had any problems when them and they are a complete delight to work with. I do hope that this chain becomes a positive statement and that a possible misduplication or one time situation can be weighed correctly.

Times may be hard but this company has a personal touch and integrity.
