You may be thinking of Sen. Olympia Snowe (R-ME).  It seems unlikely that she will vote in favor of the bill in its current form due to her concerns about the Medicare buy-in provision and the overall cost of the package.

As far as Sen. Lieberman is concerned...that sort of thing happens a lot with Dems who go "off the reservation."
