My policy is they eith pay the trip fee or no more work.  The same companies seem to be the biggest source of this problem.  You are correct, lenders are either too lazy or too stupid to get an accurate location of the property.  A simple question like " what county do you pay your property taxes to?"  If a borrower doesn't knoe that, maby they don't qualify for a loan.
