Here is the bottom line - does this happen often to you with this company, do they pay on a timely basis, would you be better off dropping this client.  If it happens too often, drop them. Otherwise, drive to the CH knowing that there is a chance this order may have been ordered for the wrong county and move on with your day.

BTW......I do not charge for "no finds" either.
