The Federal Laws needs to be revised anyway. Some of the laws are passed being outdated. I still feel the taxpayers of the US should receive a return on the taxes we have to pay each year. If Bush could find a $300.00 Stimulus for the people, believe me, there has to be much, much, much more. People are losing their homes to foreclosure. I can imagine how other countries are viewing us. Canada has healthcare and they are still making money. America is suppose to be for the people and they don't want to make sure the person next to you is not coughing TB is your parameter.
