I don't claim to be smarter, but I have studied the Constitution and it drives me crazy to hear right-wing talk show hosts twist it around as they do. They really aren't doing the public any favors - they are merely getting people riled up over misinformation. But, it's all entertainment and they do what they have to get ratings... they just shouldn't do it in the name of politics.
Regarding your Fourth Amendment argument, I think it is a bit of a stretch, but I get it now.
As for Pelosi, there are few politicians that detest more! I think the Democratic Party would be much further ahead without her. I think the Dems have had some good ideas and I think there are more of them that have much more sense than Pelosi. If they could work with the Republicans better, I think we could find some middle ground that would be good for the country. But, Pelosi is just to ignorant and divisive to get any real work done.
