No doubt about it - jerk party of 1.  I must say, I am pretty sure I have never been called a gnat before.  At least you recieved a check.  As soon as it cleared I would have had to send a bulk email to all those listed including Mr. Fox letting him know this "gant" will no longer be accepting orders and thank Fox for forwarding such a grand email letting me know what his true thoughts on the matter were.  Thanks but no thanks!!   Had they paid the bills the gnat would have never been buzzing.
