If "We the People" agree to a constitutional amendment requiring the federal government provide for our health care, then I'd be for that. As "The Document" exists now, I still fail to find reference that the U.S. Government has authority to compel us to purchase health insurance, which is quite a different thing than regulating the insurance industry

What works for Switzerland is great...they are not governed by our Constitution.
