I know what you mean, Monica.  Some very good friendships have been forged here on Source of Title over the years.  We used to have some pretty lively exchanges "back in the day."  A good many of the early SOT "all-stars" aren't even in the business anymore.  It's a shame, because  there were a lot of good people on here who for one reason or another weren't able to weather the economic storm.  Glad to hear you're still around.
