Jessica - love a few of the townships more north that have the collector working oh, Weds from 6-8.  You have to schedule a reminder on your phone or computer to remind you to call in that window if your client really wants taxes!  I'm guessing the collector is also the mortician, the Grand Poobah of the Lodge, owns the gas station and is the town's only notary.
