The problem with Yonkers is that you have to physically go there to the town to get the taxes and unless your client is willing to pay alot of money for someone to make the trip, you won't get the taxes.
The tax office in Yonkers will not give taxes out over the phone. There are several townships in Westchester county that are like this.
