As an Independent Signing Agent, I have a few clients that require I carry my own E&O and ask for a copy of it.  Because of the dollar amount I selected, it has actually helped me.  A lot of  the signings I do as a  Courtesy Closer are dealing with transactions of very high dollar values and persons that are educated and/or are professionals that understand their transactions  with day time appointments.
