Source of Title Forums: Re: Complete copy E&O policy request?

Also, I'm not completey sure on this, but it is my understanding that the abstractor who holds the Policy is responsible for making a Claim, not the abstractors client. Makes sense to me .. you wouldn't want someone to seek a Claim and not even know it's out there!
