Pat,
If this is a customer that you have done business with before and they already have a copy of your deck page, I would be suspicious. I would ask why they need it and if they had a problem with one of your searches. If they answer yes, then get the details about what the problem is. If you in fact missed something, ask them if they are being asked to pay for the mistake. If it turns out that someone is looking for you to pay for the mistake, I would tell them you will get back to them and speak to an attorney. If they have a reason other than a mistake, I would being interested in hearing why they needed it.
By the way, I have been approached by title companies at least a dozen times in my career who wanted me to pay for an alleged mistake and in the end there was either no mistake or no financial loss as a result of a mistake.
