Source of Title Forums: Re: BEING LISTED ON THE HUD-1

There seems to be some concern in the government about last minute surprises for borrowers in the form of greatly inflated closing costs. Supposedly there is only about 10% flexibility between the Good Faith Estimate of closing costs (which I always used to get a laugh at) and the final Hud.
