Sounds like they must not have liked Patrick.   I don't want to work with a

company that has to be babysat in regards to the fees.  If a signed

agreement is in effect, I would expect that they could program their

computer to put in the correct fee, that is unless they are trying to

pull a fast one, with the "automatic pay systems" many are using.

Very hard to track some of their payments, and determine if something

shady is going on.
