We stopped doing their work.  They would send orders with a fee they wanted to pay instead of our fee.  If we didn't catch it and call them before we completed the order they would only pay what was on the order form.  Before long we were calling them on every order to adjust the fee....it became too much of a hassle and seems like crooked business practice to me.
