Well, I search the county you keep hearing the President speak about on TV - Elkhart, Indiana. and with unemployment hear still at 15-18% there's not much refi work but lots of foreclosures. A lot of the refi work has been taken and sent offshore, and even the foreclosure work has slowed this month. Some of the banks here are taking foreclosed homes off the sheriff's sale and letting people just live in them for free. I understand that it's better to have someone staying there and keeping them up instead of letting them sit empty and risking break-ins and thefts, but how long can that go on?
