If I understand correctly, your trying to estimate the number of different titles (or properties) that are examined in one day in a specific county? As in estimating the amount of business you would have if you received every search ordered in that county in a day? If that is what your trying to figure out the number of deeds or mortgages that are recorded in a day would not give you an accurate number in my opinion, there are too many searches ordered that do not turn into deed or mortgage transactions. I do not think it would be possible to estimate that number without asking people how many searches they do on a particular day.
