My feeling, I have offered to possibly lower my fees by a dollar or so, provided

they provide a signed release of liability with full hold harmless and imdenfication

language for me in regards to any claims arising under anything to do with the taxes

on a search.   They said they will "run it by their legal eagles" and see if they

can do it.    I would suggest anyone asked to do it, get a signed agreement

to that effect.   It may cause them to rethink the idea.  I can just see someday down

the road, I'll get a call asking for "rush info on the taxes on a search I've completed

for them.   Watch out then,   I'll most likely tell them it'll cost the same as an update,

WAY MORE than that cheap dollar they wanted to save.
