Why not provide these vendors with a check list of line items that can be removed (or not provided)with the title or "incomplete title search"-reduce the price of the case by $0.25 per item not needed by the vendor- then just send them everything and let them remove them.
You can list deeds, trusts-mortgages, liens, judgments, taxes, assessments,probate etc.
Have fun with their outrages requests.
