I guess I take it back - our client isn't quite that intense!

Our client is more than happy to pay for the additional research and copies that accompany these requests so - fo now anyway - we are more than happy to do as they request.  I would imagine that their clients would get tired of all the additional information (and expense) that doesn't apply to the name they are searching ...
