Thanks Robert, my client has been gracious in upping our fee for whatever thier client asks for over and above thier original request for a "current owner"...  They claim that they weren't sure what their client really wanted to begin with either since they came to them as  "current owner searches" originally, but then asked for a 20 yr back chain and then asking for all judgments against the current owner back 20 years regardless of address.  My questions are what is the use of a 20 yr back chain if you don't search the names on the deeds??  I am also wondering what kind of search should actually be done when searching a foreclosed property in Florida. Is a 20 year search of the property relevant or of the current owner?
