I've done work for them for 7-8 years and they have always been great. Ran into a small hiccup recently and spoke with Lori who assured me that a check was being sent out for the past due and another to bring thru November. Sure enough, 3 days later I received 2 checks as promised. I haven't spoken with one rude person or anyone who wasn't willing to help from NREIS or Secured Lending. Sorry if I sound like a cheering section, but fair is fair......Good experiences need to be shared too.
