You are correct I do not know you, and I acknowledge your attempts to create change and put some sanity into the insanity that our industry has become.

I just felt that your email was a bit of a generality making it seem like no one is trying to do anything.

I do not believe that I am "qualified" to give testimony however on a smaller scale I have attempted to help individual abstractor's around the country by  giving them the names and numbers of my clients so they could get more work, and some suggestions on how they could raise their income. And many of them have gotten more work and raised their income as a result.
