No it is not. They sold out the name and assets to Carteret Title July 2007. I used the office space for a short time because my Dad owned the building. After that went south I relocated the office. My Mother teaches daycare and my Dad went to oil and gas and freelance closings. They lost everything in the process and are struggling to get back on their feet. Curiously, I asked about Ms. Perry and neither one was aware of any unpaid bills with her. I just wanted to clear the air about the negative comments and would ask that Ms. Perry or anyone else who might have questions call me direct rather than post unsubstaniated comments.
