Thanks, What a story. From the begining I felt (after seeing some of
the "sloppy assignments" recorded in my counties) that some cases
should be thrown out of court, but "ya know" the poor can't afford
proper legal counsel (until Obama legal care arrives) to challenge
the buldozer approach of the banks and the shysters (lawyers),
such as this article points out.
