Miss you guys, too, Sheila, I was just thinking about you, Betsy, Gretchen and rest of the gang the other day. I've been keeping busy doing special projects all over the state, did some due diligence work up in northeast PA last month. Lately I've been able to stay local, but I don't get to Washington county much. How's things down your way, business picking up for you guys?
