We have the same problem.  We fight for our money every month.  We are still owed for several orders from October 2009-December 2009, same thing check is in the mail.  We have to resend and resend the invoices to Steve.  Last week he told us a check was in the mail which we never got and then he had someone else call us the other day to have the invoice resent.  I thought the check was in the mail!!
