Why in the world would you do ANY commercial search for that price?  We charge more than that for an UPDATE on commercial work.  Yes, we have had clients who get their noses out of joint when we quote a price, but that's fine.  For every one of those we have three who don't balk because THEY'RE making thousands of dollars for the search and don't mind give us a few hundred.  Our prices are about what Robert's are and we have all the commercial work we can currently handle.
