Urban's been on the Non-Payer list for a while.  I know they are now using that one vendor "hub" (Valu-something, I can't remember off the top of my head) we can join to pay to get business and for which we're not guaranteed payment by their clients.  There was lengthy discussion here about some of us not working for them any more because they required joining that pay-to-play game.  Sounds like that system is working out for Urban REAL well!
