I have had two pretty lengthy conversations with Urban today, following my email to them again seeking payment and advising them that I was going to alert other abstractors by posting on "a website".   The bottom line is that I have been assured every penny owed us is "in the mail", including disputed copy costs.  They ended the conversation by telling me that our account with them is now closed, we will be getting no further work from them, and we are being referred to their legal department concerning the internet posting.    Well, I guess someone else out there will pick up a new client.  SOT, it's so nice to be a part of this community!
