Yes indeed.  See my post under Urban Settlement Services.  These companies are trying to tell us how to do our jobs.  They insist that we provide abstracts of each document, rather than the document itself.  That is dangerous on a couple of levels.  If your client will accept it, increase your fee by a couple of Dollars, and don't bill for copies.
