Stephen, these low charging abstractors are out there. I cannot understand how they can work for less than peanuts. iMortgage told me they can get searches for $40.00. I didn't bother to ask them for what searches. If these abstractors charge these low fees, than they must be writing anything down, and not really searching. What is probably going to happen these companies are going to make the money, and the title companies are going to start receiving kickbacks, and the abstractors are not going to be found. LOL
