a co  commercial search should  more than what you are charging.  If you are 50 miles away, with the price of gas, and copies, you would be making nothing.  Don't forget, you have to pay taxes on that also.  The sad thing is that you had to do those on other days.  Personally, if it was a full 60 back title on a commercial property, and it was involved,  it would be expensive.
