Jessica is correct, they allow a fair price to compensate for copies and pay regularly. However, they have a rediculus reject rate for unfounded judgments on searches and are wrong 100% of the time! They also reject legals at a very high rate for documents that are obviously good copies or have a word or 2 obscured by county stamps and reject them flat out as "Illedgible Legal Description". It is very frustrating and wastes alot of time and upsets our searchers who do excellent work (Usually 2-4 hr  Turn-Time). A simple email or phone call to follow up would grease the wheels considerably but they refuse to work with you. Their management and contacts are very nice people but their QC dept is just hideous!
