I too have done many searches for Alex and have always been paid promptly. I can always contact Alex by email day or night, with questions and get them answered right away. It's actually refreshing to see someone else working the same kind of hours that we do.  I know that Alex does not have a space in the company name (ProTitleUSA), could this possibly be the confusion?
