If you roll your copy costs into the flat fee what difference does it make? You are still getting paid for the copies.
All this client ever said was that they want a flat rate for their work. They didn't want copy fee's to be seperate, just a flat rate. So I raised my prices accordingly, as I am sure most other companies did as well.
Plus they are great payers, they pay every 3 weeks like clockwork, (California office) plus they have tons of work.
And the office in Texas sends checks every week, plus they have lots of work.
