No they do not, however they pay enough for the orders, I do the state of Wisconsin for them, that you can still make a profit and they have tons of work.

Wisconsin, unlike NJ where the counties charge .10-.25 cents per page for copies, Wisconsin charges $2.00 for the first pg of a document and $1.00 for every page thereafter.

I recieved 45 orders from them yesterday. They are a wonderful client and they pay like clockwork!
