I looked through their site and see only benefits cited for Independent Title Agents and closing Attorneys.  I personally wouldn't join because it's not the closing agent who decides who gets the search order and we only have interactions with the vendor managers, examiners (and some attorneys) so I don't see an opportunity for me to refer business to them either.

Also, it says you (and by you, I believe they mean Independent Title Agent) must have a brick & mortar business in the area you're licensed which also doesn't apply for some abstractors who cover many areas.  For the $150, I believe I could find a better avenue of networking.  Actually, I'll need that to bump up my SOT membership for our added counties - there you go Robert!
