I wrote to him and he followed up with a phone call.  I told him it is not possible to cover all of VA without using local examiners . Not everything everywhere is available online. He did not seem to understand.  He says "he has title plant." I told him I have a title plant with 30+ years of work in it and it is still not possible for me to update a search without a courthouse trip.  His says office is in Illinois, also in NJ. He insisted he will do for $10 per search for 15 days, then it goes to his regular pricing, so 'I can send him orders now?'  The conversation was interesting but not a good use of my time so I ended it. I am ending this to stop wasting your time.
