Under the circumstances, I can't say I blame you, Rob.  Personally, I've gotten a lot of good information from the Discussion Forum over the years.  Thanks to the existence of Source of Title's forums, (fora?) we now have NALTEA, the first and only nationwide trade organization which advocates for our profession.  It would be a shame if they were to be eliminated because of a few knuckleheads who don't have the maturity nor the courage to utilize them properly (and trust me, the irony of that last statement is not lost on me)!

You've always been a gracious host, Mr. Franco and I don't have a problem with paying a subscription fee to access this site; in fact, that's something I should have done long ago...the benefit I've received just in the knowledge that I've gained far outweighs the cost and I believe the best way to say "thanks" is to support you in any way I can. I will be the first to "put my money where my mouth is" (literally) by purchasing a subscription as soon as I get home this evening.  I, for one, don't want to see this resource go away.
