Well suppose then that we will have to wait until after the Supreme Court rules on the States' challenge to the health care reform law. It is supposedly to be challenged under both the provisions of the Commerce Clause and States' Sovereignty. Normally my money would be against the challenge, but with the current panel it will be a crap shoot. I am really not impressed with the Roberts Court...especially Scalia.
