You are relying upon a legal opinion only...not statute. The Attorney General for the State of Connecticut issues legal opinons routinely. They are nothing more than that...opinions.
Would you like to cite the law for a change? I still have not heard it. Would you care to cite the statute upon which you rely for your position? Where exactly is it that you find the black letter of the law which you claim prohibits this?
