If anyone can sue anyone else for anything at any time in America, then sue them back for not acting with due diligence to stop the bad posts by acting with honest and fair business practices.  They wronged you by materially contributing to the posts for not having acted within their powers to obviously prevent such posts.  They could have stopped all of this if they had only been reasonable in the free market.  lol.
