Pat, after doing some research I do not think they are the same company.  The company in question advertises on SOT, so if you do a search for Title Company in Knox County TN they show up (Title Specialists, Inc.)  I'm not sure how long they've been on there because I don't have a subscription to get infor, but  I suppose there is a chance that this is a business complex and they just have a neighboring suite..
