Robert, what about the statement "that is may cost you a fortune to defend yourself",
even if you win. Also what "federal law"? I know of a case where a daily newspaper
spent hundreds of thousands of $$$$$$ to defend themselves about a person's
arrest ( "i can't remember the PL name ------ vs Battle Creek Enquirer).
Isn't that the point of filing a lawsuit you know you may not win, but a hefty
settlement may be forthgoing?
