I have the same recommedation and comments as Robert.  I, too, have been dealing with Nancy Walker for several years without complaint.  They will research and send out for bids to several "underwriters" (if that's what they're called in that industry) and then you can pick which one you want.  They will also set up payments for you.  The cost of insurance is based on many things, one of them being how much money goes through your business account every year.  If you are just running your own shop, it's pretty easy to figure.  For Vendor Manager types (like me) or companies with many employees doing many counties, the price will go up even if you sub out to others with their own E&O.
