I seriously doubt this is going to happen.

I know for a fact, because my brother is buying foreclosed properties directly from Fannie in Memphis, Tn, that Fannie is auctioning 10's of thousands (if not millions) of foreclosured properties to cash buyers all over the country.

Our wonderful criminal government, to look good and look like they are doing something, has to target someone, so they are targetting Fannie and Freddie and they probably weren't any worse than any of the others that were handing out money to unqualified people to buy homes.

Its all public relations to make us think they actually care about the state of the economy.

If they really cared, they'd pull our troops out of the mideast and pour the millions of dollars they are spending to keep the war going on a daily basis into the American economy and make jobs for the multi-millions of unemployed American's instead of most of the money for the war going into the pockets of the few.
