William, When did you get a "clue" that they might be a payment problem?
I assume that by somewhere about Sept. 1st, I would have had a darn
good idea I was having a problem, and they should be cut off. Did that
thought ever occur to you? As Kevin says, "serve a summons and
get your money".
We need courses on business mgt. for abstractors.
